Flowers are to be fresh and grown in the garden or found in fields or along the roadside. Entries are to be placed in suitable sturdy containers (add rocks when using water bottles). "Arrangements" must be placed on an oasis (green styrofoam). All plants must be in containers suitable size.
Measurement is from the top of the vase or container to the top of the flower. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

1. Sunny Day, yellow flowers, weeds or garden, add a flag from a warm country, not to exceed 8" (up to 8 years).
2. Sunny Day, yellow flowers, weeds or garden, design a flag representing Paris (historical, favourite thing etc), not to exceed 8" (9 to 18 years).
3. Hydrangea, any colour, one bloom, with foliage, add flag with green, label on entry tag, not to exceed 8".
4. Hosta leaf, over 6" wide, design and make an insect that could hide under the leaf.
5. Hosta leaf, 3 to 6" wide, variegated, add a flag from favourite country other than Canada.
6. Hosta leaf, under 3" wide, decorate with 1-2 tiny things.
7. Dahlia, one bloom.
8. Arrangement in fall colours, flag that shows 2 fall colours, label on entry tag, not to exceed 10".
9. Arrangement in yellow and orange, decorate container or include something else that is orange or yellow, not to exceed 10".
10. Tea Party - flowers in a teacup/mug, any colour, add flag from a country where tea is popular, not to exceed 10".
11. Wildflowers in a creative vessel (eg. popcorn container).
12. Floating single rose, any colour, any size, add coloured pebbles.
13. Gladiola, single spike, any colour, decorate vase with same colour ribbon or bow.
14. Geranium, 1 bloom, RED, with own foliage, add Canadian Flag.
15. Geranium, 1 bloom, any other colour, with own foliage, add a luggage tag with a destination you want to visit.
16. SPECIAL: Terrarium in a clear pop bottle, on its side, decorate with your favourite summer or winter Olympic Sport. Prizes: 1st: $6, 2nd: $5, 3rd: $4, 4th: $3, 5th: $2 Donated by the St George Garden Club.

18. Small multicoloured bouquet of flowers in a container, add a world globe.
