April 1, 2020 COVID-19 NOTICE “THE PARIS FAIRGROUNDS IS CLOSED”

Consistent with the Government’s order that all public and private outdoor amenities be closed.  Access to the Paris Fairgrounds is denied until further notice.  The Paris Agricultural Society is committed to the health and well-being of our community and thank you for your cooperation and understanding during this difficult time.

July 1st, 2020 Canada Celebrations – CANCELLED

The Paris Agricultural Society is disappointed to announce that we are unable to host the 2020 Canada Day celebration due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent large gathering restrictions. We look forward to bringing the event to Paris next year. Keep the spirit and use the coming year to plan your floats and yard decoration for next year when we can meet with fun and friendship on July 1st, 2021!
With the safety of our staff, volunteers and visitors our top priority the Historical Tractor Pull and Youth Team Tournament have also been cancelled for 2020. Please see the Events Calendar on our website for information regarding other events on our grounds.

The Paris Agricultural Society’s mission is to promote and conserve agriculture throughout the County of Brant and surrounding areas through our annual fair and provide facilities to enrich the health and education of the community as a whole.

Vision Statement

Our vision is to have a solid volunteer base that provides a fiscally viable, environmentally friendly year-round event facility that will continue to engage, educate and promote agricultural awareness in the community.

Pet Policy

No Pets SymbolPets are NOT allowed Entry to the Paris Fairgrounds except Canine & Pet Show Competitors. Competitors must vacate immediately after the competition.  Licensed Dog Guides & Service Animals are welcomed. (identification from accredited service animal schools such as those listed at IGDF or ADI may be requested)
