Paris Fair Prize Book

**NEW FOR 2024 - JUNIOR DEPARTMENT HAS MOVED TO THE CURLING BUILDING**

• All Flowers are to be fresh. Must be grown in the garden or found in fields or along the roadside.
• All entries are to be placed in suitable sturdy containers. 
• "Arrangements" must be placed on an oasis (green styrofoam).
• Measurement is from the top of the vase or container to the top of the flower.
• PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.
• One entry per section.

CLASS 510

Prizes: 1st: $4.00, 2nd: $3.00, 3rd: $2.50, 4th: $2.00, 5th: $1.50

SECTIONS

1. Arrangement of Marigolds in an Fall themed container, not to exceed 8" in height (toddler to 8 years).

2. Arrangement of Marigolds in an Fall themed container, not to exceed 8" in height (9 to 18 years).

3. Hydrangea, one bloom, with own foliage, not to exceed 8".

4. Hosta leaf in container to match size of leaf, over 6" wide, add Hallowe'en decoration.

5. Hosta leaf in container to match size of leaf, 3 to 6" wide, variegated, add Hallowe'en decoration.

6. Hosta leaf, under 3" wide, in small container, add Hallowe'en decoration.

7. Dahlia, one bloom.

8. SPECIAL: Arrangement in fall colours keeping the fall theme in mind. Not to exceed 10" in height (toddler to 8 years).

9. SPECIAL: Arrangement in yellow and red add Paris Fair sign. Not to exceed 10" in height (9 to 18 years).

10. Cosmos, any colour, OWN foliage.

11. Wild flowers in a container decorated for a "Harvest Party".

12. Floating rose, one only, any colour, any size, add cranberries.

13. Gladiola, single spike, any colour.

14. Geranium, 1 bloom, RED, with OWN foliage.

15. Geranium, 1 bloom, any other colour, with OWN foliage.

16. A terrarium in a clear pop bottle, on its side with succulents, add fall decor.

17. Small perennial flower bouquet in a container, add pinecones or acorns, don't exceed 10".

18. Small bouquet of flowers in a container, multicolour, add scarecrow.

19. SPECIAL: Largest, most mature, sunflower, HEAD ONLY, no container. Decorate with mini pumpkins or gourds.
