Minimum of $1 million liability insurance is mandatory. Proof of coverage is required.

All Purebred animals MUST be tattooed, registration papers and CCIA tags. All cattle must be on grounds by 8:00am and remain until end of show.

Weighing to commence at 8:00am

1. Market Steer - split by weight day of show.

2. Market Heifer.

BREEDING CATTLE CLASSES

Immediately following the Market Cattle Show (approximately 12:00pm)

Purebred Cattle will be split and shown in their own breed category dependent on registration of entries (20 head). Otherwise they will be placed in "Any Other Breed".

All animals must be owned by the exhibitor. No animal may be shown in more than one section except for section 8 and 9 Breeder's Herd and Get of Sire. CLASS 1465 - ANGUS

CLASS 1490 - ANY OTHER BREED (INCLUDING COMMERCIAL)

1. Female born in 2023, with her own 2025 natural, purebred, tattooed, calf at foot. Calf is eligible to be shown as its own unit (class 3 or 6) if not selected as champion in class.

2. Female born prior to 2023, with her own 2025 natural, purebred, tattooed, calf at foot. Calf is eligible to be shown as own unit (class 3 or 6) if not selected as champion in class.

3. Female, calf, born on or after January 1, 2025 Minimum of 3 months of age on show day.

4. Female, born April 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024.

5. Female, born January 1, 2024 - March 31, 2024.

Grand Champion/ Reserve Champion Female - Ribbons

6. Male, calf, born on or after January 1, 2025 Minimum of 3 months of age on show day.

7. Male, yearling, born January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024.

8. Male, born January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023.

Grand Champion/Reserve Champion Male - Ribbons

9. Breeder’s Herd - A group of 4 animals bred by the exhibitor, both sexes represented must be exhibited in previous sections.

10. Get of Sire - A group of 3 animals from the same sire, both sexes represented. Must be shown in previous sections. At least one animal must be owned by the exhibitor.

Prize money is predetermined by Premise ID, lump-sum payout day of show.

Qualifier for the 2025 “Masterfeeds Beef Supreme Championship” at The Royal Winter Fair - Toronto,ON

Qualifier for the 2025 "Agribition Beef Supreme presented by CN" at the Canadian Western Agribition- Regina,SK

Champion Male in classes 1465-1490 (excluding crossbred or percentage cattle) will return to the ring after completion of all breed classes.

11. Supreme Grand Champion Male

Champion Female in classes 1465-1490 (excluding crossbred or percentage cattle) will return to the ring after completion of all breed classes.

12. Supreme Grand Champion Female
