Judging to commence at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, September 1st in the Coverall

Gate Policy: No ticket - must pay. Liability Insurance for a minimum of $1 million is mandatory and proof of coverage will be required at time of advanced registration.

RULES - CGS (The Canadian Goat Society) for the Dairy Show (unsanctioned)

1.General PAS Rules apply for all classes. CGS rules shall govern for the dairy breeds. 2. Exhibitor Fee $10.00. Register online assistexpo.ca/paris-fair. Entry Fee - 20% of prize money won. 3. All goats must be in place by 9:00 am and remain until the showmanship class. 4. Animals must pass a mandatory Health Check prior to the show. The health check will be run at 9:00 a.m. A Committee of three CGS/PAS members will conduct the health check. Animals disqualified for health reasons or not inspected may not be shown. 5. Maximum of 10 head per class. Maximum of 2 head per section.

6. Animals must have CLRC issued registration or recordation paper or electronic version at show.

7. Age determined as of September 1st, 2024. 8. No pre-show milkout. All milkers must be milked dry within twelve hours before judging commences. A goat with a hard distended udder will be disqualified at the discretion of the judge. 9. All exhibits must be owned by and registered or recorded in the name of the exhibitor.
