PAS reserves the right to pay a percentage of prize money if insufficient funds occur, due to weather or other conditions. Proof of $1 million (minimum) Liability Insurance required at registration. Proper Show Attire to be worn in ALL classes.

1. Special rules governing Horses - The 2 and 3 year olds, driving and other horses will be allowed to show in more than one section of the same class.
2. PAS shall allow two horses, although owned by different exhibitors, to compete for the team prizes provided each owner is an exhibitor.
3. All Horses in harness to be hitched to a suitable wheeled vehicle.
4. Multiple Hitches - Horses not necessarily owned by one exhibitor, and no entry fee over the regular 20 percent of prize money
5. All Horses being exhibited at the Fair are to be negative to an immunodiffusion test (Coggins test) for Equine Infectious Anemia tested within one year of the date. A certificate is to be made available to PAS Officials, if requested.
6. Entry deadline September 2nd, will also take the day of ringside registrations.
7. All exhibitors must procure, at the ringside registration tables, exhibitor identification numbers to be worn by all showmen when exhibiting horses.
8. All Exhibitors must pay a $10 Exhibitor Fee.
9. All entry fees included (deducted) in the prize money.
10. Exhibitors must show in two other hitch classes to show in the Four Horse Hitch or points and money will be forfeited.

3. Filly or Colt foaled in 2025 - yearling. Ross Fair Memorial Trophy to be awarded to the Champion Belgian Filly foaled in 2025 and registered with the OBHA, donated by the Ross Fair Family.
4.1. OBHA Points Class Belgian Yearling Stallion, Enrolled in the OBHA Point Program. Prizes: 1st $100, 2nd $80, 3d $60, 4th $40, 5th to 10th $20. OBHA donated $300. The Prize Money will be paid to each exhibitor by the OBHA at the annual awards banquet. Stallion owner must reside in Ontario, be a member of the OBHA and have enrolled his stallion with the OBHA by July 1st of the current year. The Stallion must be born in Ontario to a mare registered to a resident of Ontario at time of foaling. All entries in class to be placed, and no entry fee charged. A certificate identifying each enrolled stallion is issued by OBHA. The certificate is to be brought to ringside by the exhibitor for recording of placings and the signature of the judge.
4.2. Ontario Bred and Owned Belgian Yearling Filly Special. Prizes: 1st $100, 2nd $80, 3d $60, 4th $40, 5th to 10th $20. OBHA donated $300. The Prize Money will be paid to each exhibitor by the OBHA at the annual awards banquet. Filly must be from a mare owned by a resident of the province of Ontario at the time of service. The filly must be owned by a resident of the Province of Ontario. The owner must be a current member of the OBHA. The Filly must be nominated with the OBHA by March 1st, of the current year.
